Mokeira is the CEO of Research PLUS. She is an accomplished researcher with a unique blend of hands-on professional research experience and qualifications.
Mokeira has been providing core research services to various organizations for over a decade now having led and directed hundreds of empirical research interviews, observations and analyses in Africa.
Her portfolio encompasses market research, social research, and research specific for innovation of new products and solutions within R&D units.
Mokeira has the remarkable ability to turn complex research needs into workable, sound, yet cost-effective solutions and to generate approaches, insights and recommendations that demonstrate knowledge of clients’ world and needs.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Marketing from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a Master of Research in Educational and Social Research from the University of London.


Dixie’s climb up the career ladder is a classic and inspirational tale of hard-work, commitment, and personal development having grown from Junior Research Executive to Director of Research all in a span of a little over eight years. He puts pride and passion in his work and genuine enthusiasm and desire to do his best.
Dixie’s success also lies in strong self-awareness and ability to leverage his strengths.
Throughout his career he has continued to intensively develop himself on the job, invest in formal training, scout for opportunities to expand skill base, and drive his achievement while working on all aspects of research management.
Dixie believes in action with a clear focus on the NOW of things and delivering tangible results and relevant research insights. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Geography from the University of Nairobi.

As Operations Director, Faith ensures that our research activities achieve a high standard of operational capability in line with clients’ needs. She is a diligent, well-organised ‘people person’ and firmly believes in sharing responsibilities and rewards alike with co-workers, and external partners and collaborators.
Faith has over four years’ research experience in Africa primarily coordinating research activities that provide critical project support. Specific expertise includes monitoring adherence to scope of work, time frames, research protocols, ethics, and regulatory requirements; steering recruitment and coordination of research respondents; recruitment, training and supervision of temporary research staff, developing and maintaining recordkeeping systems and procedures.
Faith has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Communications from the University of Nairobi and is currently completing her dissertation for a Masters in Development Studies from the University of Nairobi.
