In my capacity as a Management Accountant, I have several core responsibilities. First and foremost, I am entrusted with the maintenance of all financial records and conducting bank reconciliations. Additionally, I am responsible for creating financial projections and preparing for project audits by diligently reviewing accounts for accuracy. During project financial audits, I provide valuable support to auditors.
Furthermore, a crucial aspect of my role involves overseeing the finance management of our partner organizations and ensuring compliance with both internal and external requirements. I also play a significant role in reviewing field staff travel advances, making sure they align with project requisitions, field budgets, and organizational policies, as well as meeting specific client requirements.
With a knack for innovative strategies and meticulousness, I thrive on uncovering hidden insights and employing novel approaches to drive Research PLUS’ success with over five years’ experience under my belt.
