I‘m a vibrant and passionate Field Supervisor at Research PLUS. With 12 years of expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research, I excel in handling diverse studies, from education and health to social and market research. My dedication to delivering quality data sets me apart.
Born and raised on the beautiful Coast of Kenya, I stand against the belief that a woman’s place is solely in the kitchen, I challenge traditional beliefs proving it wrong with my achievements and embracing the motto of ‘Beyond Basics’. As the first female field supervisor at Research PLUS, I approach assignments with unwavering integrity, commitment, and confidence.
My primary role involves managing and supervising a team of data collectors to ensure exceptional data quality within deadlines. Beyond field supervision, I actively engage in moderating focus group discussions, conducting in-depth interviews, and crafting informative case studies for qualitative research. My infectious smile earned me the nickname ‘Smiling Machine,’ as I believe in enjoying my work and spreading happiness among my team.
Outside of work, my greatest hobby is traveling, closely followed by making friends and reading magazines.
