As Senior Research Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, I provide technical leadership on the development of robust and adaptive outcome measurement and learning systems for all programs under the Mastercard Foundation supported Kenya Impact Partner Organization (IPO). I also oversight the Programme’s technical workstream including research, monitoring, and evaluation in compliance with Mastercard Foundation’s Kenya Road Map, the Baseline Assessment Matrix, and technical Guidance Notes. My specific roles include providing technical support to Mastercard Foundation Program Teams and Implementing Partners on impact reporting, producing thought leadership pieces, designing quantitative data collection activities, giving oversight on data collection and quality control, leading thematic reviews, and infusing qualitative insights into the findings reports.
With a background in Development Studies and Impact Assessment and 12 years of practice, I bring to bear systems thinking and analytical skills into my work.
In my free time, I take great pleasure in spending time with family, and providing pro-bono services to community groups.
