My strong analytical skills ensure I provide clients with relevant and actionable insights that support decision making and growth in businesses.
I have over 10 years’ work experience in Social and Market Research and have managed research projects in Africa covering diverse needs such as program monitoring and evaluation, program impact assessment, innovation, and product development. This has been across the sectors of Agriculture, Education, Health, Governance, Social and Economic development as well as Human Rights. My strong interpersonal and organisational skills are an asset, ensuring that clients’ projects progress according to set timelines, modalities and within the set standards of quality.
My responsibilities as a Research Manager include.
- Business development.
- Project Management: ensuring that the research goes well, the process, quality control and clients’ needs are strictly adhered to, according to all the agreed terms of contract.
- Client communication and management: liaising with the client and addressing any issues that may arise and advising on the research ethics, philosophy, and values.
- Overseeing management of fieldwork, data capture and data processing, transcription, data entry and analysis.
- Liaising with the Field Manager and Data Capture team to ensure that the project progresses according to the set timelines, modalities, and within the set standards of quality.
- Report writing.
