As a Project Coordinator, I collaborate with various departments in the course of ongoing project work at Research PLUS. I support the client service department for efficient and effective implementation of planned activities of projects and provide logistical support during organization and implementation of the same. I also project manage and actively participate in workshops, training, data or information management and client liaison.
I engage in internal conversations regarding key research investment areas aimed at expanding coverage. I collaborate with both local and international partners and consultants to enhance our research project partnerships. I conduct reviews and oversee the completion of projects within Research PLUS, ensuring that projects meet and uphold high-performance standards.
With over 10 years’ experience in fieldwork, I work hand in hand with the operations department to provide insight into field team tiering and eventual field team selection in preparation for upcoming projects.
