I love stories; always something to learn in them. I’m intrigued by the human mind; especially how we make decisions. I love contradictions; therein lies the understanding of human behavior. Qualitative research enables me to explore all the above thus my love for this research methodology.
I provide oversight of qualitative research projects from initial planning, execution, to the delivery of final products to the client. This also involves client management during the project. In addition to project and client management, I am also interested in knowledge sharing and thus involved in training activities and nurturing new and potential researchers in qualitative research.
With 8 years of experience in research, I have extensive experience in project management, interviewing and facilitation, and qualitative data processing and analysis.
During my free time, I enjoy dancing, nature walks, watching documentaries, and sitting in quietness.
